Inner Flow Services
Sport-Focused
Athlete sessions will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve athletic and sports-related goals. Inner Flow Counseling supports athletes work through performance blocks to support peak performance. A somatic approach with brainspotting is applied to address automatic stress responses limiting physical ability and recovery. This may include working through an injury, a case of the yips, performance freeze, anxiety, and much more.
Intensives
Intensives are often a mix of traditional talk-therapy and deeper mind-body healing. I apply a neuroscience approach to heal the nervous system and automatic stress responses through brainspotting. This time will be spent working through deeper somatic responses in the nervous system to work through stored stress, trauma, and emotional blocks in the mind and body. Intensives sessions allow space for deeper healing in less time, compared to traditional talk therapy. I find that many clients prefer intensive sessions.

“We as human beings are enough. Period. Asking for help is not a weakness. Letting people see underneath the surface isn’t weakness — it is the bravest thing that we’ll do. Asking for help is a sign of strength and courage.”
— Samantha Arsenault Livingstone, Olympic Gold medal winner
